Switching to Frontline

On February 1, 2019, Join Delaware Schools (JDS) will begin using the Frontline Education online application system, Frontline’s Applicant Tracking Solution formerly known as AppliTrack. This page contains to help current Join Delaware Schools applicants move over to the new system.

NOTE – access to all materials in the current application under People Admin will end on January 31, 2019.

Current Frontline Applicant Tracking Solution Users

Current applicants do not need to start from scratch to create an application in the new system. Follow these steps:

  • Go to the Delaware Consortium site and create a new account using your login information for your current Frontline Applicant Tracking Solution.
  • You will be given the option of importing common elements such as your: profile, demographics, experience, education, and reference information.
  • NOTE – Not all pages will not be imported. You may have to recreate them in the new site. Remember, you will still have access to those pages in your previous older accounts. You also may want to download and save all pages not imported.
  • Call Frontline Support at 1-866-504-8222 for help.

Users new to Frontline Applicant Tracking Solution

  • Before January 31, 2019, you should download a copy of your current application along with any supporting documents such as resumes, certificates, etc., from the current People Admin site.
  • Make sure to save contact information for your references. You will need to invite them to the new site.
  • Visit the new Delaware Consortium page, select the link titled Start an application for employment. Select ‘Start.’
  • Begin creating your new application. While the format is different, you will find most of the information needed is the same as your People Admin application. Follow all instructions to
